WIMOtrack · SIA F17
Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the WIMOtrack website and shipment monitoring workspace.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Service and acceptance
WIMOtrack is a workspace provided by SIA F17 for monitoring ecommerce shipments. It helps bring store and carrier information together, identify possible issues, and support operational decisions. By using WIMOtrack, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms.
2. Account and connected sources
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity in your workspace. When you connect a store, import a file, or add shipment data, you confirm that you have the right to use that information and grant WIMOtrack the permissions needed for the selected workflow.
If you notice unauthorised access or a security incident, contact us promptly at hello@wimotrack.com.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use WIMOtrack to access another person's account, store, or data without permission.
- Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or upload malicious content.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of a connected platform.
- Do not request or process more personal data than needed for your lawful workflow.
4. Accuracy of store and carrier information
Store and carrier data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. WIMOtrack provides operational signals and summaries to help you investigate a situation, but does not guarantee delivery dates, carrier performance, shipment location, or a particular delivery outcome. You are responsible for customer communication and decisions about refunds, reshipments, or other remedies.
5. Paid plans
If WIMOtrack offers paid plans, the applicable price, volume, and billing period will be shown when you select or order a plan. SIA F17 may change the plan offering and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
6. Intellectual property
WIMOtrack software, design, trademarks, and content belong to SIA F17 or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. This does not include the right to copy, sell, distribute, or technically modify WIMOtrack unless permitted by law or a separate written agreement.
7. Availability and suspension
The service may be changed, maintained, or temporarily suspended for security, technical, or external provider reasons. We may limit or suspend access if an account threatens the service, is used without authorisation, or violates these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WIMOtrack is provided as it is. SIA F17 is not responsible for losses caused by incomplete carrier information, incorrectly imported data, outages of external platforms, or use that does not comply with these terms. You should keep independent copies of important store and shipment information.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version will remain available on this page with its update date. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@wimotrack.com.
