Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies WIMOtrack uses, why we use them, and how you can control optional tracking.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Who we are

This Cookie Policy applies to the WIMOtrack website and workspace operated by SIA F17, registration number 40203442765, VAT registration number LV40203442765, registered address: Friča Brīvzemnieka iela 7, Liepāja, LV-3401, Latvija. Questions can be sent to hello@wimotrack.com.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include browser storage and scripts that recognise a browser or send information about a visit to a service provider. This policy uses “cookies” as a short term for both cookies and similar technologies.

3. Your choices

When you first visit WIMOtrack, the cookie popup lets you choose between necessary cookies only, optional analytics, and optional marketing. Necessary cookies are always enabled because they support requested features such as secure sign-in and store connections. Analytics and marketing remain off unless you actively enable them.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button in the bottom-right corner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although doing so may sign you out or prevent some WIMOtrack features from working.

6. Optional analytics technologies

Google Analytics

If you enable Analytics, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, sessions, approximate location, browser/device information, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Their default duration can be up to two years, subject to configuration and browser limits. Google receives the information described in its own policies; see Google's Privacy Policy.

Google tags are blocked until you choose Analytics or Accept all. When Google tags are enabled, our consent implementation keeps analytics storage separate from advertising storage and sends advertising consent only if you also enable Marketing.

Vercel Web Analytics

If you enable Analytics, we may use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-view and performance insights. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies by default and uses an anonymous hash for visitor identification; its visitor session is not stored permanently and is discarded after 24 hours. Vercel may still receive information such as the page path, referrer, approximate geography, device, and browser information. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information.

7. Optional marketing technologies

Meta Pixel

If you enable Marketing, we may use Meta Pixel to measure visits and conversions from Meta advertising campaigns. Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers, including _fbp and _fbc, depending on the implementation and campaign parameters. Meta may receive information about your browser, device, page activity, and interactions with ads. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party providers and international transfers

Google, Meta, Vercel, authentication providers, store integrations, and other service providers may process information outside your country. Their own policies explain their processing, retention, and transfer safeguards. We will use appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards where required by applicable data protection law.

9. How to withdraw consent

Select Cookie settings, turn off Analytics or Marketing, and save your choices. WIMOtrack will stop loading the corresponding optional integrations on subsequent page activity and will remove common optional cookies that can be cleared from your domain. You can also clear your browser storage. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our providers, technologies, or legal obligations change. The latest version will show its update date above. For questions about cookies or privacy, contact SIA F17 at hello@wimotrack.com.
